Publishing

Only governance roles can manage publication:

  • Admin — publish, unpublish, archive
  • Super Admin — all of the above, plus delete
  1. Assessment reaches Approved status

    After a Reviewer approves the assessment, it appears in the Approved state.

  2. Navigate to the assessment

    Open the assessment detail view from the Assessments list.

  3. Click “Publish”

    The Publish button appears on Approved assessments for Admin and Super Admin roles.

  4. Assessment goes live

    Status changes to Published. The assessment is now visible on the public Saudi NCAP website.

To remove a published assessment from the public website:

  1. Open the Published assessment
  2. Click “Unpublish”
  3. Status changes to Unpublished — removed from public view but retained in the system

To permanently retire an assessment:

  1. The assessment must be in Unpublished status
  2. Open the assessment
  3. Click “Archive”
  4. Status changes to Archived

The “Publish” button also appears inline on Approved assessment rows in the list view, allowing quick publishing without opening the detail view.
